Grasp is glad to announce a first success in the bursary issue. Some time ago Grasp and the ABVAKABO sent a letter to the minister of education explaining the bursary situation and stating the disagreement of PhDs with this system. A few days ago Grasp received answer from the minister, who basically stated his disagreement with the bursary system.
