Due to the celebration of RUG 395^th anniversary this year, all kinds of activities will be organized. One of them is the Great Groninger Pub Quiz, a university-wide battle over trivial and not-so-trivial knowledge in several rounds. Grasp is organizing a first round of the Pub Quiz on Monday the 30^th of March at pub De Toeter. You’ll have to answer different questions ranging from the (social) sciences to questions about the University and the city of Groningen. The winning team will compete against other teams (such as Team Poppema, the Students Team, the Professors Team) in the final on the 23^rd of April, in Huize Maas on the Vismarkt. Of course we have to defend the honour of the PhD community in this university battle!

Unfortunately the questions will be in Dutch.

If you want to join, please make up a team consisting of 4 PhD students and send an email before Thursday the 26^th of March to , stating the name of your team and its members. If you don't know other PhDs to make up a team with but still want to join the Pub Quiz, please let us know by email and we'll make up a team for you. Hope to see you in pub De Toeter!
