On Saturday the 31st of October GRASP offers you the chance to day-trip to Emmen Zoo With everything from sharks to butterfly, the zoo in Emmen is one of the nicest zoos in the Netherlands. And one which is well worth the visit. Like most Dutch zoos the animals are kept in large enclosures, arranged naturally, and as a result Emmen offers guests an opportunity to appreciate the animals in their natural habit. See: http://www.dierenpark-emmen.nl/ (only in Dutch and German). We'll leave Groningen's Centraal Station at 11am on the 31st of October, and will go by bus (line 300) to Emmen.There we'll spend the day in the zoo, and will return around 18:30. The bus costs €10 both ways, and the entrance fee of the zoo is €19,50. Grasp members will get a reduced on this, and will be asked to pay a special price of €15. EMMEN ZOO Hope to see you there!
