Grasp organizes a special workshop on stress handling through mindfulness led by Frits Koster. Mindfulness is calm awareness of the body, feelings, and consciousness. Through this awareness we can live in the moment and handle the sources of stress more gently. The workshop will discuss both the theory and practice of mindfulness. Frits Koster (1957) is an experienced mindfulness and meditation trainer, who began practising insight meditation 23 years ago. He has written several books on meditation and stress handling. Two of these books have been translated into English, namely Liberating Insight (2004) and Buddhist Meditation as Stress Management (2006). Stress Handling
